Corset training Update 10/15/13

Wanted to let you all know how my corset training was going, and I will say this my ribs are a bit sore . This is normal when corset training or tight lacing so nothing to worry about for now.
I have managed to lace down all the way closed today! YAY!!!
But I did put on my corset early this morning before I had anything to eat so, my stomach was pretty flat. I did that because I didn't want to over eat and like I mentioned before the corset keeps me from over eating. I kept my corset on for 4 hours today and then took a break.

I also did lose an inch from my waist line, I'm sure it's fat .
So that good news right?! I just have to keep at it and keep wearing my corset everyday.

The corset I'm using for training by the way is from Orchard corset I is a level 2/3 it gives a very curvy shape to the waist and I got it in a size 28 .
